CLCH-1 fully automatic hydrocarbon analyzer

The level of carbon and hydrogen content is one of the important indicators for evaluating coal quality. The CLCH-1 fully automatic carbon and hydrogen analyzer is designed based on the principle of Coulomb analysis. Coal samples undergo high-temperature combustion, where hydrogen is converted into water. Carbon dioxide produced from carbon reacts with lithium hydroxide to produce water, which is then sent to corresponding electrolysis cells for electrolysis. The amount of electricity consumed during electrolysis is measured, and the hydrogen and carbon content in the sample is calculated according to Faraday's law of electrolysis.
