The DKG ONE-CF4 analyzer is based on ultra sensitive cantilever beam enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy detection technology, combined with quantum cascade laser (QCL) light source, and operates on the mid infrared basic spectral absorption peak of CF4. The combination of these two provides sufficient sensitivity to detect the smallest concentration of CF4 overflow without delay, while ensuring ultra-high levels of stability. The recalibration cycle can last for several months or even years, greatly reducing the overall holding cost.
