I. Overview

The instrument panel is equipped with two output sockets at the bottom, which can supply the AC current required by E-type, A-type, D-type probes and O-ring probe coils respectively. DC output can only be used for A-type and D-type magnetic yoke probes to magnetize workpieces with DC. Four types of probes, E, D, O, and A, can be selected. When conducting DC detection, please turn the "AC/DC" toggle switch to the DC mode. At this time, the DC output aviation socket can be connected to the A or D-type probe; When conducting AC testing, please turn the "AC/DC" toggle switch to the AC mode. At this time, the AC output aviation socket can be connected to any of the E, D, O, and A type probes.
1. E-type probe: (i.e. rotating magnetic field probe)
It can perform a comprehensive inspection of various welds and curved surfaces with large geometric shapes in one go, without the need for double inspections of each part in a mutually perpendicular direction like D-type and A-type probes, thus improving the inspection speed. Due to the installation of work lighting on the probe, it is convenient for the inspector to observe under sufficient light, and the probe is equipped with rollers, which not only facilitates operation but also increases speed.
2. D-type probe: (i.e. electromagnetic yoke probe)
It is equipped with joints and can perform AC/DC flaw detection on flat and curved workpieces.
3. Type A probe: (i.e. horseshoe probe)
It can perform AC and DC local inspection on various corner welds and the inner and outer corners of large workpieces.
4. O-type probe: (i.e. circular coil)
The internal magnetic field strength of the O-type probe is as high as 180 Oersted, which meets the circumferential crack detection requirements for all workpieces that can be placed in coils. It is extremely convenient to use it to detect fatigue cracks in workpieces (fatigue cracks are all perpendicular to the axis). It can also demagnetize workpieces using the far away method, and non-destructive demagnetization can be performed on tools and measuring instruments that are not magnetized carefully in the factory.
This machine adopts a thyristor trigger circuit, and the electronic components have been strictly screened. The whole machine has undergone aging treatment, so the working performance is stable and reliable, with a low failure rate. The instrument output is a safe voltage, which is more suitable for situations where it is not allowed to enter high-voltage equipment for non-destructive testing.
