Product introduction of bumper shredder:
The bumper shredder and the Jiangxing dual axis shredder all adopt a microcomputer (PC) automatic control system, with functions such as start, stop, reverse, and overload automatic reverse control. They have the characteristics of low speed, high torque, and low noise. The bearing seat adopts a split type, which is easy to disassemble and change knives, suitable for shredding oversized, thick and difficult to crush materials.
Working principle of bumper shredder:
The thickness and number of claws of the bumper shredder tool can be changed according to different materials. When crushing hollow materials, a pressing device can be equipped to increase production.
1. The thickness of the shredder blade is divided into 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, and the blade body can be selected according to the particle size after the object is crushed.
Performance characteristics:
1. This product can crush large blocks, baskets, pipes, boards, wood, tires, scrap metal drums, and large rolls of film that are difficult to powder in a single axis crusher;
