The main components include the filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover and lifting ring quick opening mechanism, stainless steel bag reinforced mesh basket, adjusting legs, filter bag, pressure gauge, and vent valve. The single bag filter has many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, and easy operation. Especially the probability of leakage on the side of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter bag, reducing operating costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the bag filter are treated with mechanical matte sandblasting or mirror polishing, which is uniform and easy to clean. We can also provide bag filters with layered insulation, adjustable support legs or hooks according to customer production requirements to meet the needs of different customers. The filtered liquid medium is pressed or drawn into the bag filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered through the filter bag supported by the filter basket, achieving ideal solid-liquid separation and filtering of the liquid medium.

■ Head type (welded); Large processing capacity, small volume, simple structure, and large pollutant holding capacity; Low pressure loss, low operating costs, and significant energy-saving effects.
Flat cover type (welded); The upper cover structure is flat and equipped with M14/M16/M20 locking ring bolts. It has many advantages such as simple and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong circulation capacity, and easy operation.
■ Concave cover type (casting); Produced using precision castings, it has high manufacturing accuracy, few welds, stable pressure resistance, and is easy to operate with no dead corners and quick disassembly and assembly.
■ Turtle back type (casting); The top in and bottom out filtration method allows the liquid to flow from a higher position to a lower position The filter bag is not affected by turbulence, has no dead corners, and improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the filter bag.

Different filtration accuracies depend on the filter bags of different accuracies. Due to the fact that the liquid medium enters the filter from the top of the filter bag, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the entire filtering surface of the filter bag, making the fluid distribution in the entire layer basically constant and consistent. The negative impact of turbulence is small, and the filtering effect is good.
