Overview
The series of tests can quantify the characteristics of rigid blister plastic liner packaging, and perhaps the most important test is to measure the force required to remove tablets from the packaging. It can quickly measure the average force, maximum force value, and minimum force value required to remove the entire tablet from the packaging. This simple imitative test enables the average extraction force as well as the maximum and minimum extraction forces to be determined.

This test can quickly identify some issues during the packaging process. The ideal situation for extracting force should be that the elderly, weak, and sick can easily use it, but it is not easy for children to take it out or for tablets to fall off during transportation. Other testing items also include the compression characteristics of individual blister plastic liners. When producing tablets that are easy to distribute and convenient for patients to use, hard blister plastic liners are generally used to package the tablets. But another quality issue may be considered in production - to evaluate the ease of taking tablets when patients are taking medication. |
