BrineFAST is mainly used in the chlor alkali industry, paired with an ICP spectrometer to detect trace impurities in saturated saltwater or other interfering matrices for high-performance sample introduction systems. The improvement of detection limits for alkaline earth metals and transition metals in high concentration saltwater is of great significance for process control in chlor alkali plants, and can effectively extend the service life of expensive electrolytic cell ion membranes. Undiluted 30% saturated saline can be used for direct injection and analysis, eliminating the sample pretreatment process and reducing contamination.
