If it is necessary to indicate process pressure locally and centralized, network-based remote monitoring is required, then you can use this IIoT enabled measuring instrument.

The Boden tube measurement system is a sturdy fully welded structure, and the rotation angle of the pointer is proportional to the pressure magnitude. The process pressure is continuously indicated by the pointer on the dial. Measuring electronic components converts pointer rotation into electronic signals, which are further transmitted through wireless modules and antennas.

Using battery powered LoRa based on LPWAN technology ("low-power wide area network")®(Remote) wireless transmission, achieving long-distance transmission and long battery life.

The PGW2x.100 pressure gauge with IIoT function meets the safety requirements of relevant standards and regulations for on-site display of working pressure of pressure vessels, as well as the requirements of data communication radio equipment instructions. Especially LoRaWAN®The network ("remote wide area network") can achieve complete end-to-end encryption through bidirectional communication, ensuring secure IIoT applications.

WIKA manufactures and inspects pressure gauges according to the requirements of the "S3" safety type in European standard EN 837-1. The safety type pressure gauge includes a non shattering glass, a safety explosion-proof layer between the measuring system and the dial, and a safety relief back cover.
