2、 Working principle

The Xitaike bottle and can weighing scale includes a frame, a discharge device installed on the frame, a discharge belt, a transfer device, N (N ≥ 2) independent weighing platforms, a discharge belt, a removal device, a reflux device, and a control cabinet. The movement direction of the discharge belt and the discharge belt is from left to right, and the bottle and can move from left to right;

The discharge device is equipped with a clamping plate above the discharge belt and along the direction of movement of the discharge belt. The clamping plate forms a trumpet shaped entrance on the left side and connects to the discharge platform of the previous process. The middle part of the clamping guide strip is located on the reflux belt, and the outlet part of the clamping guide strip is located on the discharge belt;

Unqualified products are removed by the removal device on the discharge belt and placed in the waste bin.

The discharge belt drives the bottles and cans with qualified weight or loading capacity to move onto the reflux belt within the clamping guide strip. The reflux belt drives the bottles and cans to move onto the discharge belt within the clamping guide strip until they reach the next workstation.
