1、 Application of boiler muffler
Boiler mufflers are mainly used for effective noise reduction of boiler steam emissions and other gas emissions in industries such as power plants, petrochemicals, non-ferrous metal smelting, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing. It is an important measure to eliminate steam emission noise. Mainly used for effective noise reduction of steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and turbines in industrial sectors such as power generation, chemical, metallurgical, and textile industries. The exhaust muffler of this boiler is developed based on the principle of composite noise reduction of resistance, spray, and resistance. It has the advantages of large noise reduction, small volume, light weight, and easy installation.


2、 Principle of muffler
The boiler muffler system is designed based on the most reasonable muffler principle. High pressure steam enters the pressure reducing body through a flow control process in the muffler and undergoes large volume expansion to form low-pressure steam, which is then sprayed out. During this process, some of the internal energy in the steam flow is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is greatly reduced, it often deviates from the design value due to various reasons such as exhaust deviation. To suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure steam flow, there are currently various forms of mufflers in the world, most of which use multi-stage throttling to reduce pressure. Due to their complex structure, large weight, and difficulty in disassembly and maintenance, their application scope is limited. The muffler with this new structure overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks. Keep the noise above the standard value. For this purpose, a double-layer structure soundproof cover was designed outside the pressure reducing body, which was designed based on the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body to effectively absorb the residual noise. When users follow the requirements and install, the total noise reduction should reach 35-40 decibels.
Boiler mufflers are mainly used for boiler ignition and emission noise reduction in the power generation sector. It is also widely used for boiler ignition and exhaust emission noise reduction in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and textile.

3、 Characteristics of Boiler Muffler Products
Muffler is a device that prevents sound propagation and allows airflow to pass through, and is an important measure to eliminate steam emission power noise. To evaluate the quality of exhaust mufflers, the following three aspects should be considered:
1. The noise reduction capacity of the muffler can meet the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standards";
2. The adaptability of mufflers (i.e., to adapt to low, medium, broadband, high temperature, high pressure, etc.);
3. The structural performance of the muffler. (Reasonable size, low cost, long service life, etc.)
