Boiler Muffler 1. Purpose of Boiler Muffler Boiler mufflers are mainly used for effective noise reduction of boiler steam emissions and other gas emissions in power plants, petrochemicals, non-ferrous metal smelting, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing industries. It is an important measure to eliminate steam emission noise.
