V6-H is a high-performance vector control/torque control frequency converter, with modular software and hardware functions that meet the needs of high-end industries such as lifting, hoisting, papermaking, chemical fiber, elevators, rolling mills, and packaging.
Vector Control 1:
It has excellent performance of vector control and is insensitive to motor parameters.
Starting torque: 0.50Hz 180% rated torque
Speed range: 1:100
Steady speed accuracy: ± 0.5%
0.50Hz can control the motor to operate stably at 150% of its rated torque.
◆ No encoder speed feedback vector control 2:
The precise sensorless vector control technology truly achieves decoupling of AC motors, making the operation control DC motorized.
Starting torque: 0.25Hz 180% rated torque
Speed range: 1:200
Steady speed accuracy: ± 0.2%
0.25Hz can control the motor to operate stably at 150% of its rated torque.
◆ Encoder speed feedback vector control 2:
Starting torque: 0.00Hz 180% rated torque
Speed range: 1:1000
Steady speed accuracy: ± 0.02%
◆ Open loop torque control method:
Independent current loop control achieves true torque control, supporting online switching between torque and speed control.
