1. The experimental device consists of two clamping discs with a diameter of (90 ± 1) mm, a thickness of (12 ± 0.5) mm, and a spacing of (190 ± 1) mm between the two clamping discs;

2. A rotating chuck can rotate in both directions, with a rotation of 450 °± 10 °; The other movable chuck can move back and forth in the direction of the rotating chuck;

3. Device operating speed ≥ 30 times/min;

4. Total bending times of the sample: 2500 times. Remove the sample for each 500 bends, rotate it 90 ° to change the clamping edge, and re clamp for testing;
