Belt middle sampling machine

Belt middle sampling machine (scraper type sampling machine) is a sampling device designed to accurately collect bulk materials from conveyor belts. According to the national standards ISO 16742 and GB/T10322.1, it is required to customize the width of the sampling head based on the sampling granularity. It can be optionally equipped with a PIC control cabinet, an electrical control cabinet, a sampling head, a driving device, a position detection device, and steel structural components with dust covers. The sampling head is made of stainless steel material, which meets the requirements of iron ore sampling. The other end of the sampling head is equipped with a balance block, and the sampling contact surface is equipped with a belt protection device. During the production sampling process, the belt will not be damaged.

It is driven by a motor through a reducer, which drives a fan-shaped cutter to rotate once. Scrape a complete cross-sectional sample from the moving belt that is the same as the cutter opening, and send the sample to the receiving bucket through the chute for sampling. (Or enter the material receiving belt and proceed to the next sample making process)

According to user requirements: When sampling, personnel arrive at the scene, turn on the power, and the equipment's electrical control box can set a sampling interval of 0999 minutes (the user requires sampling once every 60 minutes). When the conveyor belt is running normally, the flow detector works, and after an interval of 60 minutes, the equipment automatically rotates to cut and sample. The sampled material is sent through the chute to the receiving bucket, and the sampling is completed.
