UV control system

The UV lamp has an infinite dimming system output with an intensity of 10% -100%, which automatically cooperates with the printing equipment to separate and press, and the lampshade automatically switches between strong and weak light when pressed.

The infinite dimming system adopts a fully digital magnetic saturation modulator to control electronic current control dimming technology. Each lamp does not interfere with each other, ensuring safety and stability. The communication protocol adopts 485 serial communication, and its dimming technology is at the international advanced level.
UV lampshade
Drawer style water-cooled UV lampshade, quick replacement of lamp tubes, and low maintenance costs in the future.
● Split type combination, quick disassembly, easy installation and maintenance.
Low temperature: After entering UV curing at room temperature, the temperature of the printed product should not exceed 45 ℃.
Energy concentration and high power are suitable for curing deep products. The focused UV lampshade has a small volume and is easy to maintain.
The overall structure is simple, and the fully enclosed circulating water system effectively reduces water leakage faults by 98%.
UV anti reflection hood: Made of German coated mirror reflective aluminum, efficient and low-temperature, with a reflectivity of ≥ 92%.
Lampshade material: Both the inner and outer shells are made of aviation aluminum, and the shutter drive adopts SMC cylinder gearless structure to smoothly open and close the shutter, reducing faults by more than 60% compared to gear rotation.
Cooling method: Water cooling with auxiliary negative pressure air cooling and exhaust system.
● Circulating cooling water inside the lampshade: Both the inner and outer shells have water circulation cooling pipes with pipe holes of Φ 12mm. The fully enclosed circulating water circuit effectively reduces water leakage faults.

Cooling system: Adopting self-developed fifth generation independent external circulation and internal closed circulation two-stage four time cooling technology, the cooling speed is fast and the effect is good, saving more than 30% energy compared to conventional structural cooling methods. It can be adjusted and automatically controlled according to the ambient temperature of the lampshade between 20 ° C and 40 ° C.
Internal circulation coolant: UV specific coolant is used for anti freezing, anti boiling, anti scaling, and anti-corrosion purposes.
