The ON-3000 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer can quickly and accurately measure the oxygen and nitrogen content in steel, rare earth materials, alloys, copper, zirconium, titanium, ceramics, powder materials, and other inorganic materials. This instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity, good performance, wide measurement range, and accurate and reliable analysis results.

Characteristics of the ON-3000 Oxygen and Nitrogen Analyzer:
1. Reliable sample extraction unit
Pulse furnace power control heating (0-8KVA), the highest temperature can reach 3000 ℃.
Multiple program heating methods: constant power heating, slope heating.
Multiple options for crucible design: for different sample release situations, in addition to standard crucibles,
2. Non dispersive infrared detection system is used for oxygen analysis, and high-precision thermal conductivity detection system is used for nitrogen analysis
3. Use the same instrument to analyze oxygen and nitrogen in solid inorganic substances.
4. Modular detection unit
a) Thermal conductivity detection unit: composed of high sensitivity, inert gas protection, anti-oxidation thermal sensitive elements
Detector: using anti-oxidation NTC thermistor elements;
Signal processing: using low current control technology to prevent the thermal sensor from oxidizing under non load gas conditions;
Constant temperature control: adopting high-precision constant temperature control system;
Reference gas path: Adopting stable micro flow control.
b) Infrared detection unit: The standard oxygen and nitrogen analyzer is equipped with two independent infrared absorption cells, and the length and number of channels of the absorption cells can be flexibly configured according to user needs
Detector: Adopting a German imported pyroelectric solid-state infrared CO2 detector
Motor: Adopting Swiss imported synchronous motor, continuous operation without faults
Light source: Adopting an infrared light source imported from the United States, it is not easily oxidized and has stable optical performance
Constant temperature: The entire chamber is controlled at a constant temperature to ensure constant analysis gas temperature and measurement accuracy;
Protective gas: The infrared light source and detector are protected and purified with nitrogen gas to isolate the influence of the surrounding environmental atmosphere, improve stability and measurement accuracy.
