Beer, one of the top ten beverages in the world. Beer is mainly produced from wheat and corn as raw materials. It is estimated that for every 1 liter of beer produced, 3-10 liters will be producedRising wastewater. This is because beer contains not only production wastewater, but also cleaning wastewater, which mainly comes from wheat washing water, wheat soaking water, germination cooling spray water, and various washing waterCODIf discharged without treatment or if the treatment does not meet the standards, it will cause large-scale pollution to the environment. If directly discharged into the water, it will cause the death of aquatic organisms.
The main pollutants contained in beer wastewater are COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants.
Taking Shenzhen Rujia Beer Wastewater as an example:

Process flow:
Based on the characteristics of the company's wastewater and the nature of the wastewater, a sedimentation+MBR tank is used for production wastewater+pretreatment
Characteristics of this process:
1. Stability: The processing flow is mature and reliable, and the treated effluent is stable and meets the standard
2. Progressiveness: advanced treatment process, strong integrity of facilities
3. Reliability: After the processing station is built, it is easy to operate and manage, simple to operate, and easy to get started with
4. Economy: Try to choose low investment and low operating costs
5. Integrity: The overall process is coordinated and optimized to adapt to the surrounding environmental conditions.

Design effluent quality and discharge standards
According to relevant national regulations and standards, combined with the requirements of environmental management departments and owners, the discharge standards of this wastewater treatment system shall comply with the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for the Beer Industry" (GB19821-2005), and the relevant water quality indicators are shown in Table 1-1:
