The rhythmic design allows for the arbitrary placement and retrieval of workpieces while labeling, reducing the time required to stop equipment loading and unloading;

Safety, transmission components are wrapped, and circuits and air circuits are arranged separately to avoid abnormalities and ensure safer use;

The electronic control system is composed of PLC, high-performance segmented stepper motor, and fiber optic sensor. The equipment is stable and supports long-term operation;

working process

Core working principle: When the sensor detects that the product is in place or when the foot steps on it, it sends a signal indicating that the product is in place. The suction head, which is holding the label, lowers the label and covers it, then returns to its original position to attach the next label, waiting for the next labeling signal. The attachment action of one label is completed.

◆ Operation process: Place the product ->Confirm it is in place (equipment detection control or manual control) ->Label and overlay (equipment automatic implementation) ->Remove the labeled product.
