Therefore, in multiple production processes of lithium batteries, multiple vacuum baking is required for the positive and negative electrode plates, battery cells, and batteries to remove as much moisture as possible.

After heating under normal pressure for a period of time in a lithium battery specific vacuum oven, the moisture in the battery or electrode piece is converted into water vapor; After the evaporation of water, vacuuming can extract the water vapor; Fill nitrogen to break the vacuum and maintain a dry environment.
