Introduction to battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter

Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter is a specially designed measuring instrument for the actual requirements of water supply enterprises. It can optimize water supply and ensure accurate water trade measurement and settlement.

Compliant with ISO9104 (GB/T 18659) and ISO4064 (GB/T 778) standards, with precise measurement, high reliability, good stability, and long lifespan.

The battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: an electromagnetic flow converter and an electromagnetic flow sensor.

Electromagnetic flow sensor: The main function of the sensor is to convert the flow signal into an electrical signal, which is composed of a measuring tube, electrodes, housing, etc.

Electromagnetic flow converter: The main function of the converter is to convert the electrical signal sent by the sensor into a digital signal after internal processing, thereby achieving flow measurement.

The battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a specially designed sensor excitation system, a high-performance lithium battery power supply system, and a 16 bit embedded ultra low power consumption processor, with the following functions:

1. All digital signal processing, stable measurement, high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability

2. Automatic bidirectional flow measurement, on-site instantaneous flow, and cumulative total display in both directions

On the basis of precise measurement, the instrument and control parts are integrated to achieve automatic disconnection and connection of pipelines. The intelligent electric regulating valve operates slowly when opened, avoiding damage to the instrument caused by excessive liquid flow rate and preventing the occurrence of dangerous accidents. The opening of the valve requires users to pay in advance. When the user's balance is insufficient, the system will automatically send a text message to the user's phone, reminding them to recharge as soon as possible; When the user has no balance, the system automatically sends instructions to close the valve and cut off the pipeline. After the user recharges, the valve automatically opens and the pipeline is connected.
