Baslac 45-R45 is an aqueous system modifier based on polyether modified organosilicon, with a solid content of 45 ± 2%. Through molecular structure design, this product can simultaneously achieve leveling improvement and defoaming functions, and is suitable for various water-based acrylic and polyurethane systems.

• Reduce dynamic surface tension to 28-32 mN/m

• Shorten the surface drying time by about 15%

• Reduce surface defects such as fish eyes and shrinkage cavities

Application parameters

1. Add ratio:

• Suggested addition amount: 0.3% -1.2% (total formula amount)

• Pre dilution ratio 1:1 (water: additives)

2. Compatibility system: Suitable resins include: • Baslac W30 series waterborne acrylic acid • W60 waterborne polyurethane dispersion • Partially epoxy modified waterborne resin

3. Construction precautions:

• Should be added at the end of the paint mixing stage

• Suggested mixing speed: 400-600rpm

• The storage temperature should be maintained between 5-35 ℃
