Precautions for installation of Bacher groove

Step 1: Place the Bacher trough into the open channel and keep the trough level,


Requirement:(1)Keep the discharge downstream of the Bacher trough unobstructed. No water accumulation, if not unobstructed. Maintain a water level difference greater than or equal to30MM.
2)There is a straight section in front of the Bacher groove1-3The buffer zone should be at a distance of meters, and the buffer channel should be level with the bottom of the tank to facilitate ultrasonic measurement.
3)It is necessary to ensure that there is a water level difference downstream of the Bacher trough, the discharge is smooth, and there is no water accumulation.
Step 2: Pour concrete or brick the left and right sides of the Bacher groove to ensure that the groove does not deform. There should be support inside the large groove to ensure that it does not protrude. Ensure that all water flows through the Bacher trough. The installation of the Bacher groove must be horizontal. If the distance between the groove and the channel is too large, use bricks to build it so that the distance between the groove and the brick is always maintained50-100Millimeters, then fill with cement mortar.
