Product Features:
1. The shell is made of ZL102 aluminum alloy die-casting, and the surface is coated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying. Product Features:
1. The shell of this product is made of ZL102 cast aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of not less than 120Mpa and a magnesium content of not more than 6%. Adopting high-temperature one-time die-casting molding, the surface of the die-casting product is smooth, the metal structure is finely organized, and there are no bubbles or sand holes inside the shell. After surface treatment such as acid washing and shot blasting, the product is sprayed with high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology, and then dried by automated drying technology. The plastic layer has strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. Stainless steel anti drop bolts are used for fastening.

2. The junction between the shell and the shell cover is a labyrinth structure, and the sealing strip is made of high temperature resistant and anti-aging silicone rubber, which has good dust-proof and waterproof properties.

3. The increased safety shell is equipped with our company's self-made explosion-proof components, as follows:

a. The explosion-proof control switch (8008/2) has a compact structure, good reliability, small size, strong switching ability, long service life, and multiple functions that can be selected by users.

b. The explosion-proof button (8097) adopts a shell made of customized engineering plastic injection molding, with a compact structure and easy operation. The button core adopts ultrasonic welding packaging technology, with strong protective performance.

c. The shell of the explosion-proof indicator light (8019) is injection molded from customized engineering plastic, and the transparent cover is injection molded from high-strength and impact resistant polycarbonate, with good transparency and compact overall structure. It is equipped with LED light-emitting elements, which have a long lifespan (≥ 50000 hours) and are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Track type structure, easy and fast installation and maintenance.

4. The ammeter is (CP-48 type accuracy level 1.5), capable of displaying overload current values five times the range, used to indicate the current value of normal loads, and the operator can observe the operation at any time.

8. The shell is made of aluminum alloy die-casting and sprayed with plastic on the surface. They can be opened and closed by operating the handle on the shell cover, with reliable performance and indicator lights.
