BYD type oil cooled (oil immersed) cycloidal electric drum

Thank you for choosing our various products. BYD cycloidal pinwheel oil cooled electric drum is a driving device for belt conveyors, used to drag the belt to make the main machine run. It can widely replace the external driving device composed of electric motors and reducers currently used.

Selection criteria:

1. BYD oil cooled electric drum has good sealing performance, so it can be used in places with high dust, damp and muddy conditions.

2. The BYD oil cooled electric drum has a closed structure junction box, so it can be installed with the main engine for outdoor work.

3. BYD oil cooled electric drum is selected for working environment temperatures ranging from 15 ℃ to+40 ℃. c， The altitude shall not exceed 1 DOO meter.

4. BYD oil cooled electric drum is not suitable for conveyors of high-temperature materials.

5. BYD oil cooled electric drum cannot be used in places with explosion-proof requirements.

Features:

1. The electromagnetic part of the BYD oil cooled electric drum motor is exactly the same as the Y series standard, using B-level insulation.

2. The reduction mechanism adopts a first stage cycloidal pinwheel reduction mechanism directly connected to the motor and output by a needle gear housing.

3. The cycloidal pinwheel reduction mechanism has high load-bearing capacity, strong overload capacity, long service life, low noise, high efficiency, and energy saving.

4. The scope of use and basic parameters of BYD oil cooled electric drum are consistent with JB4256 (1.2.3) -86 "YD oil cooled electric drum".

Usage and lubrication

After the installation of the drum, lubricating oil should be injected to a height of 2/3 of the drum radius. Too much or too little oil can affect the efficiency and normal operation of the drum.

The drum should be operated without load for a period of time before formal operation, and then gradually loaded and transported without any abnormalities.

Choose 300 mechanical oil for winter and 400 mechanical oil for summer.

After running for 100-200 hours, the drum should be replaced with new oil, and the oil should be replaced every 3000 hours thereafter. When refueling, please pay special attention to the clarity of the oil.

During the operation of the drum, if there is a sudden increase in temperature or abnormal noise, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after correctly troubleshooting can it be put back into operation.
