Overview
The BY2671 digital insulation resistance tester is composed of medium to large-scale integrated circuits. This table has high output power, high short-circuit current value, and multiple output voltage levels (each model has four voltage levels). The working principle is that the DC high voltage generated by the internal battery as a power source through DC/DC conversion is sent from the E pole to the L pole through the tested object, thereby generating a current from E to the L pole. After I/V conversion and division by a divider, the measured insulation resistance value is directly displayed on the LCD.

Product Features

1. High output power, strong load capacity, and strong anti-interference ability.

2. The outer shell of this meter is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the machine is equipped with equipotential protection ring and fourth-order active low-pass filter, which can effectively shield the external power frequency and strong electromagnetic field. Due to the output short-circuit current being greater than 1.6mA, it is easy for the test voltage to quickly rise to the rated value of the output voltage when measuring capacitive test samples. For low resistance measurement, the use of proportional design does not affect the accuracy of the test due to voltage drop.

3. This instrument does not require manual labor and is powered by batteries. Its range can be automatically switched. The clear panel operation and LCD display make measurement very convenient and fast.

4. The output short-circuit current of this table can be directly measured without the need for load measurement for estimation.
