This series of distribution boxes adopts a composite explosion-proof structure design, with the main chamber (switch box) being explosion-proof ("d") and the wiring chamber (busbar box) being increased safety ("e"), effectively isolating hazardous components from conventional electrical components. The shell can be made of cast aluminum alloy, Q235 steel plate welded or 304 stainless steel material, and the surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying to enhance anti-corrosion ability. Supports IP65 high protection level, suitable for Class IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas environments and Zone 21/22 combustible dust environments, with temperature groups covering T1 to T6.
