The BW100-5 mortar pump is a new generation of high-pressure and high displacement mortar pump with large sand particles developed by our company in recent years. The pump adopts a large flow channel system, high absorption performance, and the ability to pass large particles, effectively preventing blockage caused by large sand particles. It also adopts an adjustable pressure limiting unloading valve structure, which is safe, convenient, and of high quality and durability.

The whole machine is installed on the trailer mounted frame for easy movement on the construction site. 3. Adopting an adjustable pressure limiting unloading valve structure, regardless of the type of grouting project, the valve can be adjusted to the required maximum pressure limit, which can be set within the range of 0.5-5MPa. When the grouting pressure exceeds the set value, the unloading valve opens and the slurry returns to the slurry pool. It will not affect the quality of the project due to overpressure and protect the equipment and pipelines. 4. This pump adopts dual suction inlet, with the main suction inlet being the cement slurry suction inlet and the auxiliary suction inlet being the clean water suction inlet. When the pump needs to be shut down for a long time, the clear water valve can be opened to clean all the flow channels of the pump at any time, so that the pump will not be blocked due to the deposition of cement slurry. The structure of dual suction inlet can also be adapted to certain projects involving dual liquid grouting. 5. The plunger adopts multiple multi-stage seals, and the ball valve adopts a high hardness steel ball valve, greatly extending the life of the main vulnerable parts. 6. High inhalation performance and the ability to pass large particles enable smooth transportation of large sand and gravel (when the total content of 6mm is less than 5%).
