BE-TRANSLOW microfluidic chipIt is a multifunctional microfluidic device with a glass slide like usage mode, used for cell culture under biomimetic conditions. It can construct tissue culture at the 2D (two-dimensional) or 3D (three-dimensional) level by controlling the changes in fluid in the microstructure.
Be Transformer connects culture wells with microfluidic channels through porous membranes to study complex culture configurations. Perform gas-liquid interface (ALI) experiments on 2D or 3D cells using an automated cell culture material replacement system, such as epithelial culture, toxicity testing, absorption testing, etc.

The Be Transformer chip is made of biocompatible plastic, which is non breathable and suitable for effective gradients such as CO2 and O2. They have good optical properties, high transparency, and low spontaneous fluorescence.

4、 Product Structure Diagram
Be Transformer consists of two independent channels, with spiral knob interfaces for the inlet and outlet wells, which can be connected to the fluid system using connectors and pipes. The evaporation chamber is located next to the cultivation chamber and can be filled with PBS or water before the cultivation process and filling are completed.
