Overview

The B4-72 series explosion-proof centrifugal fan is mainly composed of a mounting bracket, impeller, current collector, and other parts matched with a direct connection explosion-proof motor. The mounting bracket combines the impeller, current collector, and motor into one. The installation bracket is made of high-strength steel plate and can be equipped with multiple specifications of motors, including horizontal and vertical motors, as well as multiple specifications of current collector connectors. Centrifugal volute free impeller with rear curved blades, made of aluminum alloy or steel plate. The impeller designed based on aerodynamic principles ensures high energy efficiency and low power consumption. The impeller has significant characteristics of stable performance and low noise with a circumferential speed of 70m/s. The impeller is dynamically balanced according to DINISO1940/1 standard, and the balance accuracy level is G2.5. The GG hub inside the impeller is fixed by screwing in a locking cone sleeve. The collector is made of steel plate or aluminum alloy and is an important component of the fan, which can ensure stable airflow into the impeller.
