1、 Product composition

2、 Purpose:

Used to verify the calibration, precision, and linearity of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers, microplate and microplate readers.

3、 Usage method

1. Preparation: Prepare 200 microliters of deionized water.

2. Hydration detection strip: Add 200 microliters of deionized water into the hole of the detection strip, and use the product's ability to automatically correct the inaccuracy when adding water to complete hydration.

3. Reading: Use a reading instrument with dual color reading function and the ability to read in the 1-12 and A-H directions to read the detection strip data at a wavelength of 450nm (this product also supports 405nm and 492nm wavelengths).

4. Result comparison: Compare the read results with the pre-set acceptance criteria to determine whether the calibration, linearity, and repeatability of the reading instrument meet the requirements.
