Typical Test Configuration

1. Desktop bracket measurement

Suitable for samples that are small in size and easy to move.Equipped with a Z-axis displacement table, it is easy to adjust the distance between the probe and the sample. Configurable two-dimensional displacement table function, convenient for film thickness mapping, measuring film thickness at different positions of the sample

2. Portable probe measurement

The probe is compact and easy to move.Suitable for samples with large dimensions that are inconvenient to move, such as coated glass plates. The probe contacts the surface of the sample to ensure that the distance between the test fiber and the sample surface remains constant. The probe end face is protected by rubber to prevent scratching the sample.
