1、 Main features of automatic weighing system:

2、 Structure:
Adopting international standard U-shaped cold-formed steel assembly welding, it belongs to ultra-high strength weighing body. The entire structure adopts 6 33CM main beams with a wall thickness of 6mm and a panel thickness of 12mm.
3、 Surface treatment:
Adopting advanced four layer anti-corrosion treatment and coating technology, specialized epoxy zinc rich primer (HO6-4), topcoat (SO4-63 acrylic polyurethane paint), with a dry thickness of 100um, the anti-corrosion effect is better (the service life is increased by more than three times), meeting both usage requirements and environmental protection requirements.
4、 Maintenance and calibration:
1. Daily maintenance:
(1) Clean the cracks and debris in the weighing platform every week (to prevent jamming)
(2) Check monthly whether the sensor is evenly stressed (tested with a jack)
2. Mandatory verification:
(1) First installation requires a third-party 'Verification Certificate'
(2) Subsequent annual re inspection (enterprises can establish their own standard weight library for daily calibration)
