1、 Automatic reflux three-way valve product introduction:
Automatic reflux three-way valve, also known as pump protection valve, is used to protect centrifugal pumps from damage caused by residual overheating, severe noise, instability, and cavitation under low flow conditions.
It consists of a valve body, a main valve core, a return valve, etc. The valve body is equipped with an inlet, an outlet, and a return channel. Inside the valve body, there is a main valve core between the inlet and outlet, and an elastic reset device is installed between the main valve core and the valve body. The reset device keeps the main valve core blocking the valve body flow channel. The tempering channel is connected to the water inlet, and a return valve is installed in the return channel. The return valve is connected to the main valve core through a lever mechanism. The advantages of this utility model lie in its simple structure, reliable operation, and easy implementation.
2、 Structure:
1. The main valve is a spring-loaded lift check valve, and the bypass auxiliary valve is a pressure reducing mechanism with a throttle orifice plate. The opening and closing of its bypass and main flow are automatically completed, only related to the pump outlet flow rate;

4、 Working principle:
According to the detected main flow, the check cone of the main valve disc of the automatic recirculation valve will actively move to a certain position. At the same time, the main valve disc drives the bypass valve stem, transmitting the action of the main valve disc to the bypass. By controlling the position of the bypass valve disc, the throttling area of the bypass is changed, thereby controlling the flow through the bypass. When the main valve disc rises to the top position, the bypass is closed, and the flow of all pumps flows to the process system. This valve has four functions in one.
1. Flow sensing: The main valve disc of the automatic recirculation valve can automatically sense the main flow in the process system, and determine the position of the main valve disc and bypass valve disc based on this flow.
2. Recirculation control: Mingke automatic recirculation valve can suck the small flow of zui required for normal operation of the pump into the storage device through the bypass, regulate the H-Q characteristics of the pump, and achieve recirculation.
3. Bypass multi-stage pressure reduction: The bypass control system can reduce the high pressure of the reflux medium from the pump outlet to a suitable low pressure in the reflux storage device with low noise and minimal wear.
4. Check valve: The automatic recirculation valve also serves as a check valve to prevent liquid from flowing back into the pump body. Bypass check can be an optional function
5. Other bypass sizes can be made according to requirements: the largest bypass flow depends on the largest Kv value
