Working principle

After the vehicle enters the loading area, the system automatically recognizes the vehicle information (such as license plate number, model, etc.) through equipment such as weighing scales or radar, and guides the vehicle to accurately park at the appropriate location in the loading area.

Before loading, the system first weighs the empty vehicle to obtain the initial weight. Then, during the loading process, the dynamic weighing system monitors the cumulative weight of materials in the hopper in real time to ensure that the material weight accurately reaches the preset quantitative value.
