Measuring principle

1. Cloud point:According to the standard method, the sample is cooled and a cloud point feature appears at the silver bottom of the test can, causing light reflection, which is detected by an optical sensor. Measurement can be controlled by operating software without considering the color of the sample, and dynamic measurement can be performed;

2. Pour point:According to standard methods, the sample is cooled at a certain cooling rate. Within a set temperature interval, the robotic arm lifts the test sample tube out of the cooling chamber and tilts it to a horizontal position to test the flow characteristics of the sample; The flow of the sample can be detected by a thermal probe (PT100 detector) placed on the surface of the sample.
