Automatic petroleum product distillation testerSummary

The YG-82101 automatic single tube distillation tester for petroleum products is a high-tech product newly developed by our company. The instrument has the characteristics of simple operation and good repeatability. Only the operator needs to add the sample and select the testing mode to fully automate the experiment. The use of an internal compressor cooler makes the entire instrument structure reasonable and compact. The entire experimental process has achieved full automation, with a large LCD full-color touch screen operation panel that provides the system with a color display interface. The display screen can clearly show the distillation range curve and experimental data.

This tester is suitable for testing oil products of categories 1-4 as specified in ASTM D86, as well as benzene distillation tests as specified in ASTM D850 and ASTM D1078, and crude oil distillation tests as specified in ASTM D2892.

(7) Due to the use of temperature setting methods for initial and final heating, stable initial and final boiling points can still be obtained without being affected by heater degradation or initial heating temperature;

(8) The sample for the 10% residual oil and carbon test can be obtained with just one distillation;

(9) The automatic dry spot detection device can automatically detect dry spots; (Dry point detection sensors need to be purchased separately).

(10) This testing instrument is equipped with a standard output port (RS-232C) for inputting data into a microcomputer, which is beneficial for laboratory networked quality management;

(11) This instrument uses a temperature correction circuit processed by software, allowing users to perform temperature correction simply and correctly.

a. The experiment ends at the endpoint;

b. The experiment ends when it is dry;

c. The experiment ends when the distillation yield is reached;

d. The experiment ends when the temperature is reached.

(20) End of experiment notification: After the experiment is completed, the buzzer will sound for 5 minutes (10 seconds), and then cool down for 10 minutes before the printer prints out the test conditions and data.

(21) Abnormal situation indicates that the alarm sounds and the display screen shows the fault content.
