IVS400 is an upgraded version of IVS300, which realizes functions such as continuous automatic cleaning, automatic measurement, automatic waste discharge, and automatic drying.

1. Adopting modular design: The IVS400-4 series viscometer consists of one constant temperature water bath, one refrigeration unit, four measurement units, one main controller, two automatic sampling modules, and four viscosity tubes; Each measurement unit and the main controller work independently in a one-to-one manner, avoiding mutual interference during the measurement process;

2. The constant temperature bath adopts a dual compartment design, and the temperature control part and bath body of the precision constant temperature bath can be easily disassembled and separated, making it convenient to clean the mixing area of the bath; Constant temperature has high and low bath level alarm and over temperature protection functions;

3. Humanized design, the Ubbelohde viscometer can be replaced without draining the bath solution.

4. It has functions such as automatic sample injection, automatic temperature control, automatic measurement, automatic result output, automatic liquid discharge, automatic cleaning, automatic drying of viscosity tubes, and automatic stirring.

5. A powerful automatic sampling and cleaning system that can clean all the pipelines (viscosity tube, injection needle, injection tube, etc.) through which the sample passes.

6. The automatic sampler has 12 workstations, each equipped with an independent discharge pump, and the waste liquid collection is independent of each other.
