It fully complies with the national standard GB/T16488-1996 "Determination of Water Quality - Petroleum and Animal and Vegetable Oils - Infrared Luminescence Method", and all performance indicators are at the international leading level. This instrument can be used for both infrared spectrophotometry and non dispersive infrared spectrophotometry to determine oil concentration, as well as scanning sample spectra for use as a near-infrared spectrometer. Fully meet the requirements of environmental protection departments for the determination of petroleum and animal and vegetable oil content in groundwater, surface water, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater, as well as the concentration of cooking fumes in the catering industry. It is currently a widely promoted oil measuring instrument in China.

Ø Main Features

A true infrared spectroscopy three wave number oil analyzer comprehensively investigates the stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH2 groups (measured by 73250px-1), CH3 groups (measured by 74000px-1), and aromatic rings (measured by 75750px-1) in oil products, and the measurement results are not affected by changes in oil composition.
No need to create standard curves, zero point adjustment, full-scale adjustment, or calibration, samples can be directly measured.
One colorimetric dish can be used to eliminate the influence of differences between colorimetric dishes on measurement results, resulting in higher measurement accuracy. When multiple colorimetric dishes are used, a colorimetric dish database is set up, which has the function of saving colorimetric dish data and automatically deducting colorimetric dish background.

Adopting a precision stepper motor to control the grating, it has automatic wavelength correction function, high wavelength accuracy, and good repeatability.
