Automatic cylindrical alloy screening machineThe basic operational steps are:

1. After the system is started, use a crane or forklift to lift the bagged materials onto the conical bag breaker of the unpacking device, and use gravity to break open the material packaging bags, causing the materials to fall into the aggregate box.

2. The materials in the aggregate box are fed into conveyor 2 through a vibrating feeder.

3. Conveyor 2 sends the material into the circular drum through the circular tube hopper, and the motor drives the circular drum to rotate. The material moves in the direction of the drum rotation inside the drum.

4. Due to the different sizes of mesh holes installed inside the drum, materials of different particle sizes are gradually screened and separated as the drum rotates. The final finished material is discharged from the grading port below the drum,

5. The feeding hoppers of each grading port are equipped with electronic scales, totaling 6 units, with a range of 50 kilograms to 200 kilograms. The weight of each particle size of the alloy can be automatically calculated through weighing.

6. The data is sent to the computer in the control room for statistical analysis by the supporting software, which automatically calculates and prints the results according to the material ratio of each level.

7. The waste is automatically collected into the waste bin through a conveyor belt and placed into bags through the bottom discharge port.

8. The experiment is completed.
