The reactivity and strength of coke after reaction are important indicators for determining coke quality and guiding blast furnace production, especially with the trend of large-scale blast furnaces. This indicator can better reflect the thermal performance of coke and its skeleton role in the blast furnace, and can guide coke production and blast furnace use of coke. The test requires that the surface of the sample be basically consistent to ensure good sample repeatability. Due to the strict requirements for sample size and shape in the experiment, as well as the need for a large number of samples, manual sample making is labor-intensive and has many human factors, which cannot meet the experimental needs.

This equipment can quickly complete sample preparation and integrate sample preparation, grinding, screening, and dust removal. It can directly produce spherical coke suitable for coke reactivity and post reaction strength testing from irregular large blocks of coke. The equipment adopts PLC control technology and LCD screen display operation mode, combined with fully Chinese operation buttons, which can easily complete sample preparation work. It is also designed with an external dust removal port, which can remove coke powder during the testing process. This equipment has the advantages of high yield rate, fast sample preparation speed (25 minutes) (during sample preparation, only press the start button to pour the large pieces of coke into the feeding port, and the operator can do other work without supervision, automatically stopping after the sample is prepared), convenient operation, time-saving, labor-saving, environmentally friendly and safe, fast sample preparation speed, etc. The sample * complies with the national standard GB/T4000-2017 "Test Method for Reactivity and Post Reaction Strength of Coke".

This all-in-one machine is a fifth generation product of our company's coke sampling equipment. Compared with previous generations of sampling equipment, it has greatly optimized the representativeness of the samples produced, the sampling speed, the labor intensity of the operators, the number and energy of the equipment, human error in sample operation, and environmental safety. Compared with the third generation, it does not use a vibration screening mechanism, which can reduce noise, and secondly reduce equipment vibration. However, after using a shaking screen, the amplitude does not change with the amount of feed, which can avoid the imagination of reducing amplitude and blocking the screen holes due to excessive feeding. In addition, waste and finished balls will not be thrown outside the material bucket. For example, in the previous first and second generation of sample preparation equipment, large pieces of coke were first crushed into about 38-28, screened, and then the screened 38-28 coke was put back into a ball mill for grinding. The sample 38-28 coke needed to be ground for about 1.5 hours in the grinding machine. After grinding, it was selected again for screening from 25 to 23. Adding a sample preparation process wasted the time of operators, increased labor intensity and energy, increased sample preparation equipment, and increased human operation errors.
