MSK-111A-E automatic laminating machine is an equipment that can be applied to the process of laminating lithium-ion battery electrode sheets. The device adopts a single cantilever structure design, with automatic constant tension control of the coil material isolation film, and the motor drives the diaphragm to move left and right to achieve Z-shaped stacking. This device achieves manual loading, subsequent pole position correction, and stacking process using fully automatic technology, with the characteristics of high stacking efficiency and high stacking accuracy. The device design can stack up to 200 * 200mm battery cells, and different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, making it very suitable for the research and sample production of stacked lithium-ion batteries.
