The fully automatic soil sample preparation system is a technological achievement of our company, mainly used for sample preparation during laboratory soil testing. The system is developed in accordance with the relevant sample preparation process of HJ/T 166-2004 Soil Environment Monitoring and Measurement Technical Specification. It integrates fully automatic coarse grinding, fine grinding, mixing, screening, sample separation, weighing, sample loading, and cleaning functions, with intelligent and automated operation throughout the entire process.

The system is designed to prepare soil samples that meet relevant standards, and can simultaneously prepare soil samples of 2, 1, 0.25, 0.15, and 0.075mm according to the sieve placed. After sample preparation, automatic packaging can greatly improve work efficiency and reduce the workload and number of experimental personnel.
