The metallographic specimen embedding machine is used to embed specimens with shapes or sizes that are not suitable in order to meet the subsequent sample preparation steps and obtain the required detection plane; Or to protect the edges or prevent surface defects caused by the preparation process. In modern metallographic laboratories, semi-automatic or automatic grinding/polishing machines widely used have specification requirements for sample size. In order to meet these requirements, it is necessary to embed the samples. Therefore, embedding machines have become one of the required equipment in metallographic laboratories.

This machine belongs to the fully automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine, with the function of inlet and outlet water cooling, suitable for hot embedding of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the embedding parameters such as heating temperature, insulation time, and force, the specimen and embedding material are put in, covered with a lid, and the work button is pressed to automatically complete the embedding work without the need for operators to be on duty at the machine. Four different specifications of molds can be selected and replaced according to different requirements, and two samples can be pressed simultaneously, doubling the preparation capacity.
