Project Introduction

The water-based ethylene based high anti-corrosion coating production line has an annual output of 20000 tons of finished products. It is a professional power plant anti-corrosion coating with high process requirements. The production process has special requirements for temperature and dispersion strength. The equipment is designed with an additional dispersing tray kettle for lifting and lowering to meet the solid-liquid mixing needs at different levels and solve the problem of uneven dispersion. Automatic batching, powder layer dispensing, and kettle lid sealing design solve a series of important issues such as batching, quality, environmental protection, and safety.
