Autoclave is one of the main equipment used in the production of silicate building products. It is used for the steam curing of the formed product embryo to obtain the final strength of the product. This kettle strictly follows the national standards GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and JC720-1997 "Autoclave" for design, manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance. It has been supervised and inspected by the National Technical Quality Supervision Bureau, and the product design is advanced, the quality is reliable, and the use is safe.

2、 Main Performance Structure

Container category: Class I or Class II

Main pressure bearing component material: The simplified kettle cover is made of 16MnR steel plate, which complies with the GB6654 standard.

The flange of the kettle body and the flange of the kettle cover are forged as a whole using 16Mn, and the forgings comply with the JB4726 2000 standard | | level regulations. Ultrasonic non-destructive testing is carried out on each piece, and their indicators comply with the corresponding provisions of JB/T4730.3-2005.

3、 Technical requirements

1. The cylinder body and kettle cover head are made of 16MnR steel plate, which complies with the GB6654 standard. The welding of the cylinder body is strictly carried out in accordance with JB4709-2002, and the inspection of the welds is carried out by X-ray inspection according to the provisions of "Autoclave".
2. The kettle body and kettle cover flange are forged with 16Mn as a whole, and the forgings comply with the Level II requirements of JB4716-2000 standard. Ultrasonic non-destructive testing is carried out on each piece, and their indicators comply with the corresponding provisions of JB/T4730.3-2005.
3. Door opening method: through type or end type. Through type refers to both ends being equipped with movable quick opening kettle covers and equipped with door opening safety interlock devices. End type refers to one end being equipped with movable quick opening kettle covers and equipped with door opening safety interlock devices.
4. Opening method of kettle lid: tooth type quick opening structure, with driving methods including manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic transmission, and equipped with kettle door opening and closing safety interlock device.
5. The sealing of the kettle door adopts a nitrile rubber sealing ring embedded in the flange sealing groove of the kettle body. When the pressure is increased, the external steam enters the sealing groove through the bend pipe and valve, and is pressurized on the sealing ring to seal the end face of the kettle cover. It is sealed by the steam pressure of the kettle body itself, and the sealing is good.

6. The kettle body is equipped with a movable support, which moves along the axis of the kettle body ring with the help of rollers to adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the kettle body.
