A high-purity nitrogen generator is designed to directly separate high-purity nitrogen from air using a combination of physical adsorption and electrochemical separation methods, based on the principle of electrocatalytic air separation. The electrolytic cell is designed using the reverse process of a fuel cell.

Working principle of SP-1LH high-purity nitrogen generator: As a pressure stable and pure raw material air, it enters the electrolytic cell. The oxygen in the air is adsorbed at the cathode to obtain electrons, reacts with water to generate hydroxide ions, and migrates to the anode. Finally, at the anode, it loses electrons and releases oxygen, so the oxygen in the air is continuously separated. Only nitrogen gas is left to be output through the gas circuit.

The nitrogen generator is a pure physical chromatographic separation method that directly extracts high-purity nitrogen from the air, producing a stable gas flow rate. It is equipped with a durable synthetic carbon molecular sieve, which makes nitrogen purification more thorough and produces higher purity nitrogen.
