1、 IntroductionThis instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of JT/T533-2020 "Fiber Analysis Test Method for Asphalt Pavement" by the Ministry of Transport. It is suitable for screening certain specifications of fibers in flocculent cellulose fibers and flocculent mineral fibers through an air sieve to calculate technical indicators such as the pass rate of the fibers, thereby ensuring the quality requirements of fibers used in asphalt mixtures. This instrument also complies with EN 933-10 and GM/T 1345-2005 standards, and is used to analyze dry powders that are lightweight, prone to static electricity, and prone to particle aggregation. It has a wide range of applications in screening flour, seasonings, chemical powders, cement, graphite, fly ash, coatings, clay powder, coal powder, etc. It is an efficient and multi-purpose powder analysis instrument.

2、 Main technical features1. This instrument is mainly used for screening fibers for asphalt mixtures. Different punching screens can also be selected as needed for punching and screening of various materials, achieving the goal of one machine with multiple uses2. By adopting a gas separation function, it effectively prevents particles near the sieve from blocking the screen, solving the problem of particle suspension, particle aggregation, electrostatic characteristics, and other factors that prevent screening.3. Adopting stable negative pressure and flushing airflow screening technology, used in conjunction with a standard sieve with a diameter of 200mm, timed screening, measuring particle size distribution, accurate results, exquisite appearance, and lightweight volume.4. Fully automatic control of vacuum pressure, freely set vacuum parameters on the human-machine interface software, and the instrument automatically controls and adjusts to the set value.7.
