Dairy products: milk essence, cream, milk, sugar solution.

Beverages: Baijiu, beer, malt juice, fermentation liquid, fruit juice beverage, beverage with grains, mineral water, pure water

Flow rate: 1-200t/h, head: 8-90m

Working temperature: -20~100C (maximum sterilization temperature 133 * C) Working environment and medium; Determine in sequence whether explosion-proof working conditions are required; Sanitary centrifugal pumps belong to low liquid level and horizontal conveying, non self-priming type (self-priming type uses ZX self-priming pump)

Pump body material: Choose 316L or 304 according to the medium requirements

Sealing material: The standard rubber sealing ring is silicone rubber, and chlorinated rubber, EPDM rubber, PTFE rubber, and nitrile rubber are selected according to the requirements of the medium.

Shaft seal: equipped with an external balanced single end mechanical seal or a washable external balanced single end mechanical seal. Both types of mechanical seals have static rings made of 316L steel embedded with graphite. The moving ring is made of silicon carbide. The auxiliary seal of washable mechanical seal is a durable lip seal.
