5.2 Analysis methods and requirements: arc induction heating furnace method, infrared absorption method detection, analysis time can be adjusted in 20-60 seconds, generally in 35 seconds, the standard sample weight is 0.5 grams, and the sample weight range is 0.1000-1.0000 grams.

10. Analysis software

10.2 Calibration: 1 point or multi-point correction can print the correction coefficient and correction curve, delete the correction data function, and the analysis results can be transferred to the correction function. The analysis results can be  stored automatically, displayed in a timely manner, and printed in real time.

10.3 It can display the gas analytical circuit, and realize leakage detection and self-diagnosis functions such as machinery, signals, and output in the gas analytical circuit. It can alarm in time when abnormal conditions are encountered.

10.4 Data processing function: Analytical data statistics processing: The average value, standard deviation, relative standard deviation, etc. can continuously select the data. The analysis data can be transmitted online in a timely manner. The analysis results can be converted into an analysis report at any time. The data output is equipped with an RS-232C interface, which can transmit the analysis data to a network computer.

12. Acceptance inspection stability (analysis accuracy) and accuracy (linear ratio)

12.1 The accuracy test uses  configured standard samples randomly, and conducts 10 continuous analysis immediately after the instrument calibration. The analysis data (1-2 outliers are allowed to be eliminated) calculates the standard deviations of C and S 10 times respectively, and verify the accuracy of their analysis values to meet the above-mentioned solid standard samples analysis accuracy requirements.

12.2 The linear ratio is selected for analysis of three standard samples, high, medium and low, and the linearity is good.
