Punok vacuum pumps have a wide range of applications in various industrial fields such as vacuum packaging, food processing, pneumatic conveying, semiconductors, solar energy, plastics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, hospital medical care, environmental engineering, composite materials, metallurgy, oil and gas, surface treatment technology, electronics and power, wood processing, and machinery manufacturing.

Precautions for daily use and maintenance of Punok vacuum pump:

1. Daily maintenance items include checking the oil quality and level inside the pump

2. Weekly maintenance items include checking for oil leakage in the vacuum pump, cleaning the intake filter element to remove dust and debris remaining on the assembly and intake filter element.

3. Monthly maintenance items include checking the exhaust filter, unscrewing the oil discharge port to release the vacuum pump oil. When the flow rate of the pump oil is low, the vacuum pump can be restarted for a few seconds. Close the vacuum pump again, cut off the power, and unscrew the oil discharge port again to drain the oil. Repeat this action multiple times until the vacuum pump oil is completely drained.

2. To clean the vacuum pump, first exhaust the waste oil and mix 2L of cleaning solution according to the ratio of 50% vacuum pump oil, 50% paraffin or diesel fuel/fuel oil; Tighten the oil drain plug, inject this cleaning solution into the vacuum pump, close the air inlet, and start the vacuum pump to run for at least 30 minutes; Then discharge the cleaning solution and dispose of it according to environmental regulations.

3. Check the float valve: Remove the joint between the return oil pipe and the oil tank, then remove the two screws of the float valve flange, and take out the float valve from the oil tank; Check if the float valve is clean and damaged, and clean it with compressed air if necessary. During assembly, ensure that the sealing ring is installed on the flange of the float valve and intact. Place the float valve in the correct position in the fuel tank.

4. Replace oil filter: Drop lubricating oil onto the sealing ring inside the new oil filter, assemble and tighten by hand.

5. Inject new oil: Unscrew the fuel plug and inject specialized oil for the vacuum pump, ensuring that the oil level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the oil level gauge; Tighten the fuel plug equipped with a sealing ring.
