1. Product Introduction
The wireless transmission technology of the KDW660 wireless large-screen melting thermometer is synchronizing and transmitting the temperature value accurately measured by the portable thermometer to the wall-mounted large-screen displayer through wireless transmission technology, saving the bond between the wall-mounted large-screen thermometer connection and improving the anti-interference ability of instrument.
This instrument can be used with a suitable thermocouple to perform precise and rapid temperature measurement in various occasions.

2. Product Features
KDW660 wireless large-screen smelting thermometer with wireless transmission function, a portable smelting thermometer with wireless transmission function, and a large-screen displayer with wireless reception function (using a 5-inch digital tube: 128mm in height). It has synchronous light indicator, electric ringtone prompt function and automatic temperature measurement value maintenance function, and has alarm functions such as off-couple, over-range, and power supply undervoltage.
This instrument adopts original imported professional data transmission module to ensure the high reliability of wireless transmission of measurement data.
Five types of thermocouples can be used in the same machine. Due to the latest anti-interference measures, it has excellent anti-interference ability. The temperature measurement in the furnace can be measured no need to turn off power when the medium-frequency furnace is turned on and melted. It can store 1000 sets of historical data, and can be equipped with an optional printer.

4. Operation Instructions
1) Operation of wireless transmitter portable smelting thermometer

"), and the temperature measurement can be performed at this time. When measuring the temperature, insert the thermocouple into the metal liquid at a depth of ≥20mm to ensure fast, accurate and stable. When the measurement indicator light (H) is on (sound and light prompt), the thermometer should be lifted immediately (usually 3 to 5 seconds). The instrument displays and maintains the measured temperature value automatically.
At the same time as the temperature measurement is completed, the instrument will transmit the signal to the large-screen displayer automatically. After the wireless reception of the signal is correct, it will display the same temperature value as the wireless transmitter portable melting thermometer. At the same time, the electric ring sounds and prompts to lift the test gun.
2) Operation of large screen display
Turn on the power switch and the displayer displays the current time; when a signal is detected, the displayer will be received and the temperature value will be maintained automatically.
(1) Historical data query
This instrument can store 1000 sets of historical data.
Press the "Query" key and the instrument will enter the historical data query state. At this time, the large screen displays the current year; according to the query needs, press the "↑" and "↓" keys to correct it.
For example: To query such data: the temperature measured at 09:08 on December 10, 2008 was 1678℃;
At this point, query steps:
a. Press the "Query" key to display the current year; press the "↑" and "↓" key to correct it to display 2008;
b. Press the "→" key again to display the current month, press the "↑" and "↓" key to correct it to display 12;
c. Press the "→" key again to display the current day, press the "↑" and "↓" key to correct it to display 10;
d. Press the "Confirm" key to display 2008 1210 0908 1678;
At this time, press the "↑" and "↓" keys to query the data before and after the temperature value.
If the instrument has no response, it means that the data has been queryed; press the "Query" keys and the instrument will exit the query status.
(2) Print
The printer data cable plug is connected to the printing interface of the large screen monitor. Connect the printer power supply. Every time the large screen displays data, the printer will print the display data automatically. The printing format is as follows (such as 09:08, 1678℃ on December 10, 2008): 2008-12-10 09:08 1678
5. Install
Large-screen monitors should be installed within a straight line of 10-50 meters from the temperature measurement point to facilitate observation and recording. The installation position should be 2-4 meters above the ground. There should be no object blocking at the receiving antenna of the monitor; the pull rod antenna should be pulled to the longest; the monitor power supply is AC220V (using lighting line power supply, grounding must be reliable).
